Day 1: Nairobi
- On arrival, meet with our Arkman driver-guide at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
- Transfer to your hotel of choice for the overnight stay.

Day 2: Nairobi City Tour
- After breakfast, depart for a tour which includes a visit to David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Elephant Orphanage, which is open to the public between 11 am to 12 pm. Learn how the organization rescues orphaned elephants and release them back to the wild. Thereafter, head to the Giraffe Centre, where you will have the opportunity to hand-feed, or even kiss the giraffes from a raised platform.
- Lunch will be served at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, where you will enjoy a Kenyan barbecue feast.
- Transfer back to your hotel of choice for overnight stay.

Day 3: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
- After breakfast, depart to Amboseli National Park.
- Amboseli is famous for abundant wildlife such as lions, cheetahs, rhinos, buffalo and most importantly, herds of elephants roaming under the shadows of the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro. It is Africa’s tallest peak, standing at 5,869 meters, it is also the highest freestanding mountain in the world, topped by one fifth of all of the ice in Africa.
- Game drive en-route to the camp, arrive in time for lunch.
- Afternoon game drive in the park, take photos of animals with Mt. Kilimanjaro as a backdrop.
- Evening return to the camp for a sundowner as you enjoy the spectacular views, smells, colors, and gentle breeze that Amboseli National Park has to offer.
- Dinner and overnight stay a camp/lodge of choice.

Day 4: Amboseli National Park
- Breakfast will be served at the camp/lodge followed by a morning game drive.
- Return to the camp for Lunch.
- After lunch, enjoy the cool waters in the heat of the day at the camp’s swimming pool whilst kids enjoy a refreshing dip, with iced-drinks available from the poolside bar, before departing for an afternoon game drive.
- Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge of choice.

Day 5: Amboseli National Park – Samburu Game Reserve
- Breakfast at the camp/lodge, followed by a transfer to Amboseli Airstrip for a morning scheduled flight to Samburu Game Reserve via Nairobi, crossing the equator from the Southern to the Northern hemisphere.
- Arrive at the camp/lodge of choice in time for lunch.
- Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve which is famous for its rare species of fauna known as the ‘Samburu five’ and its vast, open landscapes. Head back to the camp before dusk for a sundowner.
- Overnight stay at camp/lodge of choice.

Day 6: Samburu Game Reserve
- Spend the full day exploring the Samburu Game Reserve.
- Search for the ‘Samburu five’ which includes the long necked Gerenuk, the Reticulated Giraffe, Grévy’s Zebra, the Beisa Oryx, and the Somali Ostrich among other wildlife.
- All meals and overnight stay at camp/lodge of choice.

Day 7: Samburu Game Reserve – Mt. Kenya National Park
- After breakfast, check-out from camp/lodge and drive to Mt. Kenya National Park
- Arrive at Serena Mountain Lodge in time for lunch. Located at 7200 ft (2195 m) on the slopes of the snow-capped Mt. Kenya, Serena Mountain Lodge is one of the most luxurious tree lodges in Kenya. At dusk the dense tropical rain forest comes alive with myriad sounds of animals that live within the vicinity.
- Elephants, rhinos, bongo, leopards, and lions are among the many visitors to the illuminated water hole that can be seen from the lodge.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the Serena Mountain Lodge.

Day 8: Mt. Kenya National Park – Masai Mara Game Reserve
- After breakfast, transfer to the local airstrip for a morning scheduled flight to the iconic Masai Mara Game Reserve.
- The Masai Mara is one of the great wonders of the world, featuring the renowned wildebeest migration every year from July to September. It is regarded as the most spectacular wildlife viewing area in Kenya with over 95 species of mammals and over 400 species of birds.
- Game drive en-route to the camp, arrive in time for lunch.
- Take a leisurely break after lunch, later head out for an afternoon game drive. Return to the hotel before dusk for dinner and accommodation.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the camp/lodge of choice.

Day 9: Masai Mara Game Reserve
- Head toward the Mara River after breakfast in hopes for seeing the Wildebeest Crossing. Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty. Return to the camp before dusk for accommodation.
- Optional Morning Activity: Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Safari, followed by a champagne breakfast on the Mara Plains.
- Optional Evening Activity: In the evening, visit the local Maasai Village for a Maasai cultural tour. Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people. A overnight at the Maasai village can be organized upon request.
- Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge of choice.

Day 10: Masai Mara Game Reserve
- After breakfast, head to the Mara River again with hopes of seeing the wildebeest crossing. If you have seen the crossing yesterday, you can choose to return to the river or go around the Mara in search of the remaining Big 5 you have not spotted. Again, you will have picnic lunches in the reserve as you scale the Mara beauty. Return to the camp before dusk for accommodation.
- Optional Morning Activity: Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Safari, followed by a champagne breakfast on the Mara plains.
- Optional Evening Activity: In the evening, visit the local Maasai village for a Maasai cultural tour. Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people. A overnight at the Maasai village can be organized upon request.

Day 11: Masai Mara Game Reserve to Lake Naivasha
- After an early breakfast, checkout from camp/lodge to depart by road to Lake Naivasha.
- Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake birding paradise. Along the lake’s fabled waters, you may be able to see some of the areas more intriguing species, including Hippos, Giraffes, Buffalo, and the Columbus Monkey.
- Arrive to camp/lodge of choice in good time for lunch.
- Option 1: Enjoy a boat tour around Lake Naivasha where you will be able to see hippos and various species of birds.
- Option 2: Visit Crescent Island – a private sanctuary, where you can walk beneath yellow-barked acacias (yellow fever trees) in search of animals such as giraffes, wildebeests, impalas, dik-diks, elands, waterbucks and countless bird species.
- Return to camp/lodge of choice before dusk for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 12: Lake Naivasha
- Begin the day by visiting Hells Gate National Park, a park with lots of geothermal activity. Here you will also be able to witness spectacular rock formations.
- Hells Gate National Park is a unique park because it is one of the only parks in Kenya where you can walk, bike ride, drive, rock climb, and walk in the park. Trek through the magnificent Ol-Njorowa Gorge, where segments of the film Tomb Raider were filmed.
- Optional: You can also relax at the Olkaria Geothermal Spa, which are man made pools filled by natural hot springs located in the park.
- After your Hell’s Gate visit, return to the hotel for dinner and accommodation.

Day 13: Lake Naivasha to Nairobi
- After breakfast, check out from your camp/lodge, and head back to Nairobi.
- Upon arriving in Nairobi, you will be dropped off by the driver at your hotel or at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
- This marks the end of your safari with Arkman, we hope you have had a memorable time.
